Herbs protecting you from indigestion

Learn how to protect yourself from indigestion, by using simple herbs from your garden. 

Peppermint & Spearmint

All mint teas aid digestion (particularly digestion of fats and beans) and relieve nausea, especially nausea due to motion sickness. Some also use mint for IBS, diverticulitis, diarrhea and gas, but it is not recommended for use with acid reflux. Mint teas are made with the sprigs / leaves of peppermint, spearmint, basil and other mint plants.
