Switching to easy to make meals can often lead to not getting the proper vitamins and proteins your body needs. Having Christmas and New Year’s well behind us, it is time to reevaluate what we wil leat for the entire year to keep ourselves healthy. A wonderful nutritious food is lentils. It is a delicious source of zinc, niacin, ironand dietary fiber, in addition to a variety of other vitamins and minerals. It can be used in salads or soups, or just about anywhere. If you do not want to prepare them on your own, you can get them on a jar, packed with great noodles for extra taste and nutrition.
