A unique experience to cook this recipe with Greek – style octopus souvlaki with Chimichurri. We prefer the grilled one, but this recipe became one of our favorites.
This past summer was a busy one filled with Greek Supper Clubs and catering dinner parties. I love entertaining and now that it’s become a full-time job, I get to try many of the ideas I have swirling in my head.
Greek loves octopus and we cook/prepare it in many ways but my favourite is stilled grilled. When one buys octopus in the markets, chances are it’s frozen and that is perfectly fine. Defrost it overnight then tenderize it by braise on slow heat until just fork tender then you can finish off the the octopus is many ways.
