A quick and nutritious mid week meal!


For the Poached Salmon:

    • 2 salmon fillets
    • ½ dry white wine
    • ½ cup water
    • a few springs fresh dill
    • 1 shallot, finely chopped
    • sea salt
    • freshly ground black pepper

Put the wine, water, dill and shallot in a sauté pan, and bring to a simmer on medium heat. Sprinkle the salmon fillets with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper and place skin-side down on the pan. Cover the pan and cook on a low heat for ten minutes. Cut the salmon in small pieces and mix it with Urbangrains Balck Eyed Peas with Tahini. Garnish with fresh dill. Simple as that!
