  • 1 jar UrbanGrains Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
  • 300g shortcrust pastry
  • 200ml double cream
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 150g feta cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh basil leaves

Preheat your oven to 180ºC and bake your pastry for 10mins. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and whisk together with the cream and eggs. Season with pepper. Spread the Sun-Dried Tomato Paste over the bottom of the tart and pour the mixture on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the fresh basil leaves!
