- 1 jar UrbanGrains Sweet Red Pepper Relish
- 1.5kg beef top sirloin about 5cm thick
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1tsp thyme
- 1tbsp oregano
- 2tbsp olive oil
- salt n pepper
Rub the beef with the herbs, season with salt&pepper and let it rest at room temperature. In a saucepan, reduce the vinegar by 2/3 for about 15mins. In a skillet over high heat, sear the beef in the oil, reduce the heat and cook for 8mins. Drizzle with the balsamic reduction and serve with Sweet Red Pepper Relish.
