  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • 200g double cream
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp lemon zest
  • chopped walnuts
  • UrbanGrains Stewed Orange

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Add in the yoghurt, the sugar and the lemon juice and zest and whisk well. Chill for 2hrs. Serve in a glass with chopped walnuts and Stewed Orange cut in small pieces. For a lighter, but less creamy version, replace the double cream with 3 egg whites. Indulge yourself!!
