Signature Starter Dish: Feta On Roasted Peppers And Olive Oil

Hello my Urbangrainers,

I had some peppers in my fridge from like a week ago (I hate wasting food) so I said, why not be an bright example and use them!

So I searched for ingredients already in my cupboard, I decided to experiment and make a “Signature Starter Dish” that contains my favorite cheese, PDO (protected Denomination of Origin) feta cheese from Urbangrains plus other stuff!

Serves 4 (unless you eat too much)


1. Halve the peppers (I prefer them vertically), as per the image below:

Clear the spores inside and throw them (sorry)

Now, place the peppers with the cut facing down, in a baking tray with a baking paper. Turn on your oven at 200 degrees and put the peppers inside so as to soften.

Take all ingredients such as feta, the tomatoes, salt, pepper, onions, olives and olive oil and mix them together.

Now, remove the peppers from the oven, and while hot, turn them upside down (carefully, not to get burned).

Take the mix and use it to stuff the peppers with.

Throw that to the oven at 200 degrees – if you want the cheese to be crispy, put it on the grill instead (I did that on the second round) and voila: here is our very nice, signature starter dish. The Ultimate summery recipe!
