It’s Friday and for most of us, it means a trip to the supermarket (well, I said for most of us, didn’t I?). Upon glazing my eyes on different honeys (unfortunately, Urbangrains’ honeys are not yet in the large chains – or is it a good thing?) I started reading the ingredients. Much to my amazement, many honeys said “honeys from Europe” and not specifically say from where. Isn’t that upsetting?
I mean, what ensures the consumer that this is not a mixture of sugar, water and a little bit of honey?
With that in mind, I found an infographic that teaches how you can distinguish the real honey from the plain fake. Print it and put it on your fridge, and next time you go to supermarket, say no to fake stuff!
