So what a fantastic opportunity to create a healthy, low calorie fruit salad with a Twist?
Enter The WaterMelon Salad With Feta Cheese!
- As much watermelon you want (I can eat the whole thing -)
- Urbangrains Feta Cheese
- Some mint leaves for garnish
Get a nice all rounded, juicy watermelon and halve it. Cut it in portion sizes (as big as you want them)
Next add the watermelon in a bowl
Get a nice chunck of Urbangrains PDO feta and slice it to little pieces, ike in the photo below:
Now mix it with the watermelon chunks and sprinkle with thin cut or coarse-cut mint
