This Is THE Refreshing Way To Enjoy A Watermelon

Hi Urbangrainers,

Summer is here! I can feel it, you can feel it – no more overcoats, just T-shirts and sandals…

So what a fantastic opportunity to create a healthy, low calorie fruit salad with a Twist?

Enter The WaterMelon Salad With Feta Cheese!

Ingredients:

  • As much watermelon you want (I can eat the whole thing -)
  • Urbangrains Feta Cheese
  • Some mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Get a nice all rounded, juicy watermelon and halve it. Cut it in portion sizes (as big as you want them)

Next add the watermelon in a bowl

Get a nice chunck of Urbangrains PDO feta and slice it to little pieces, ike in the photo below:

Now mix it with the watermelon chunks and sprinkle with thin cut or coarse-cut mint
