Our today’s post is about something I realised shopping at a local supermarket. I am a person who looks after its line, so nutrition is important – and we have said that many times “your body is your temple”.
So as I was walking by aisles and picking up products, I habitually check the ingredients. If a product that is not supposed to have sugar, states that it has, I simply put it down and move to the next. Or if the label says something like “a blend of EU and non EU ingredients” – I just don’t know what these ingredients are, so would you risk buying it?
I guess not.
I realised a lot of people simply pick up the products that appeal to them – and they do not check the labels at all. This is because of proper education in food and a mix of good product marketing and packaging, I guess.
